What we collect

How we use it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for anything you would not reasonably expect.

AI tools

We use AI tools to help us draft captions, messages and designs. A person at Keel reviews the work, and nothing is posted or sent on your behalf until you have approved it. Information we give these tools is processed by the provider under its own terms, and we choose providers that do not use business customers' information to train their models.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the services we use to do our work, and only what each one needs:

Information stored overseas

Some of these providers store information outside Australia, mainly in the United States. We use reputable providers and take reasonable steps to make sure your information is handled in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Marketing messages

We only send you marketing if you have asked for it or agreed to it, and every message tells you how to opt out. Reply STOP or ask us by email and we'll stop.

How we keep it safe and how long we keep it

We keep information in secure, password protected accounts with two-step sign-in, and we limit access to the two people who run Keel. If you don't become a client, we delete your form answers within [12] months. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and then as long as the law requires for tax and business records.

Seeing or correcting your information

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you or ask us to correct or delete it. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, email us first and we'll work to fix it. If you're still not satisfied you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
